TalentMatch 18.9.2025

The employment services of City of Joensuu (Luotsi), Business Joensuu, Talent Hub Eastern Finland and Work in North Karelia will organize the TalentMatch recruitment event on Thursday 18th September, with the goal of connecting international talents in the Joensuu area with prospective employers. Participating in the event are local businesses that are interested in recruiting international talent for jobs or internships, with no Finnish language skills required!

Concept
Employers will conduct short interviews (max. 15 minutes).
The organizers will try to pre-match candidates with relevant skills to employers, in order to create good matches.

The main language of the event is English, but Finnish can also be used partly, for example to assess the applicant’s level of Finnish skills.

For Jobseekers

You will receive information about job and internship opportunities available at TalentMatch.
Participate in the preparatory workshops at Carelicum:
- 4 September, 12:00–14:00 (topic: preparing for interviews)
- 11 September, 12:00–14:00 (topic: CV preparation)
The event will also be promoted through social media shortly before the date.

We will try to offer each participant at least one interview opportunity.
