Located in the very center of Joensuu, Luotsi’s service counter provides you with:

• Information on the employment services of the city of Joensuu and the services of Luotsi’s job agents.
• Appointment to a job agent who is there to individually support you with employment matters (remember the possibility for remote guidance, too).
• Job seeking and studying tips; we can also go through your job application together, for instance.
• A usable customer computer for finding jobs or sending an electronic job application. You can also print job-hunting, study, and education material.
• A customer phone and a soundproof phone booth, which you can use to take care of employment matters.
• A direct remote access to Kela (the Social Insurance Institution of Finland)

We serve on weekdays, 10–16, at Plaza Centrum's street level, address Kauppakatu 29, Joensuu.
